Welcome to Clearwater Campground
We are a family owned campground located in north Oakland County. We have owned the campground since 2001. Since then we have done many renovations. Planting about 500 pine trees, added a fountain to the lagoon, built cabins, made huge cement RV pads, for the big rigs. Renovated our restrooms and laundry, made a beautiful nature trail around our lake and have tried to create a little bit of the farm experience with our petting zoo (adults love this as much as the children).

We are originally from upper Michigan and have tried to bring a little of the “upper” down here. Our names are Christina Neadow and my daughter, Michaelann (Mikie) Neadow. We have a great team of workers and helpers! Mikie and Carolyn takes the reservations and keeps our office running smoothly and efficiently. Our main goal is to create a place that families can come and enjoy a safe and fun time, away from the everyday hustle and bustle, of the day to day life, and make a few memories along the way. Many people that have moved to warmer weather in the winter, come back to Clearwater Campground to visit with family and friends for the season.

Experience a Little Bit of the Country
2021 is promising to be another great year. We have 1 Scottish highland cow, 2 young mules, Boots and Daisy. As usual, we are hoping to get a campground cat, We already have one named Ebony, also looking to get a couple of goats. We still have our chickens, bunnies, turkeys and peacocks.
We also have 6 docks around our lake for the fishing. We have Bass, Pike, bluegill and others. turtles can be found crawling around by the lake. Bring you own kayak to put in the lake. Don’t forget you life jackets.
Make reservations and come out and experience a little bit of the country in the northern part of Oakland County. We also have a wonderful beach with a floating dock and a brand new playground for the little ones. In addition, we have a nature walk around the lake, with all sorts of animals crossing your path, ducks and swans and tree carvings throughout your walk. Lets not forget one of our most popular, of all things, a rope swing down at the barn. Kids wait in line for their turn.
